Ductless System Installs

Why Ductless?

Not everyone in Northern Utah needs big HVAC systems to fit their needs. Some houses are smaller or don’t have ducting work done to them. If this is the case in your home, it can cost many thousands of dollars as well as a lot of planning to install ducting and new heating and air units. However, there is a solution to this problem.

Ductless systems are growing in popularity in the US after being used so heavily around the world. A ductless system directly connects to your home and is much easier to setup without needing any ducting work to be done.

As well as being much easier to install, it also has been shown that ductless systems are actually better at heating and cooling smaller areas than a typical furnace is. While a furnace or AC works in short bursts, a ductless system can continuously provide heating or cooling to your home to keep it closer to the temperature you have it set at.

Benefits of a Ductless system install

  • Saves a lot of Space

While a normal HVAC setup takes up a lot of a whole room in a home, this only take up a corner at the top of your wall in your room. If you are in a smaller space this is ideal for you.

  • Quiet and peaceful space

While a normal HVAC system can be very loud at times, ductless units are much more quiet and consistent at heating or cooling a single space.

  • More Efficient

A furnace and AC unit runs constantly to try and keep your whole house at a good temperature but if you are not using all of the rooms in your home at all times, you could be wasting energy on the rooms your don’t use. With a ductless system you can choose to only heat or cool certain rooms, which can save you a lot on your energy bills.

  • Less Energy Lost

Because a ductless system doesn’t use any ducts, no heat or cooling will be lost in the transfer of air from the furnace to your rooms. This should save you on your energy bill.
