  • What is a Ductless Heating and Air Conditioning?

Ductless heating and Air conditioning is not new, but it has been rapidly growing in Utah. These are units that don’t require any duct work and are installed on the wall of a room in your home. These are great for smaller houses and apartments. They provide you with heating and AC at a fraction of the cost of a furnace or AC unit install. • Is a Gas or Electric Furnace Better?

Both options can be great for different situations, but typically in Utah our experts recommend a gas furnace if possible. They tend to last longer than an electric unit and usually cost less to run and operate. We will install either one in your home depending on your preference and if you home has access to gas connections. If you have received a quote from another heating and air company, we are offering to beat it by up to 10%! If you need help with a furnace install, click here.

  • How long does a typical Furnace or AC Last?

A typical unit lasts anywhere from 10-18 years depending on a lot of factors. An HVAC unit can last a long time if it is properly maintained. If you make sure to have it checked and get proper maintenance work done to your unit, it should work on the longer end of the spectrum. We provide maintenance services with variable options to ensure that your system runs as long as possible. This can provide you with thousands of dollars in savings if it prevents you from needing a new unit.

  • How do I know When my Unit Needs Repairs?

To be honest, it can be hard at times to know if you need repairs. Maybe the air is blowing slightly less, you hear noises from your unit, or perhaps you notice ice buildup on your AC. these can all be signs that it’s time to have someone come look at your unit. We recommend having someone come out at least once a year, even if everything seems to be working well. That way a technician can make sure everything is working when you need it most. This could also save you a lot of money and a headache if it prevents your unit from a breakdown. If you need help with repairs, click here.
